Tim Richards – Escrow Officer
Tim has been in the title business for 27 years.  His closing experience ranges from tract homes to complex commercial transactions.  Many of his long-standing clients are among the most exclusive homebuilders in the Dallas area.  Attention to detail and providing the client with a higher level of service than expected are his constant goals.

Iliana Aguilar – Escrow Officer
With 14 years of experience and knowledge in the title business, Iliana, who is bilingual in Spanish,  offers a high level of confidence to the customer, paying attention to the smallest detail.  She has the ability to calm even the most frustrated customer.  Iliana’s goal is to make every transaction she closes as efficient and smooth as possible. 

Todd Phillips – Escrow Officer/Business Development
Todd joins the title business after 10 years as a commercial real estate broker working with office and industrial users across the country.  A Dallas native, Todd's knowledge of the city and the real estate industry will benefit him as he looks to grow this office.  Todd works to develop relationships with lenders, realtors and developers in addition to closing both commercial and residential transactions.
 

Troy Phillips  – Fee Attorney 
Troy Phillips, Managing Partner of Glast, Phillips & Murray, P.C., has been practicing law in Dallas County for more than 36 years and in that time has developed a reputation for providing excellent client service and a quality legal product.
